Utilisation

Apply a few drops of conductive gel directly to the face and neck and activate Microcurrent levels 1-3

Concentrate on various facial muscles to enhance lymphatic drainage and reduce puffiness.
• Center of Face: Hold the device vertically and begin next to the nose at the center of the face. Pause for 3 seconds to target the muscles that aid in lymphatic drainage.Time allocation: Approximately 3 seconds for pausing
• Glide to Sides: From the center, glide the device in outward horizontal motions toward the sides of the face. Perform a total of 5 glides on one side, focusing on promoting lymphatic drainage and detoxification.
• Other Side: Move on to the other side of the face and repeat the gliding technique. Be sure to pause for 3 seconds next to the nose at the center of the face before continuing with the glides.
• To finish drainage turn off your device and glide it from the ear lobe down to your collar bone
